Emily is a vital part of the smooth running of the Bus User Group (BUG) at Hinkley Point C and Timetable Review meetings, showcasing a huge degree of adaptability and reactiveness. Requests can vary from a small tweak to departure times to brand new services/routes. These form a core element of the project and its overall success. Emily dedicates a huge amount of time and effort each month to ensure all requests are logged and actioned/resolved no matter how big or small. She organises the entire process end to end and is constant in her professional delivery of this, month in month out. Emily does all this with minimal fuss or noise. Well done Emily!
