Sam is a member of our Customer Services Team who manage all bus, travel and parking related enquiries from the HPC workforce.
“I joined SPS in August 2021 as a Parking Supervisor and in April 2022 I became the Customer Service Lead Supervisor. I oversee the day to day running of both the customer service and parking teams. It’s very different to anything I’ve done before but I’m really enjoying the challenge.
I’ve had a wide range of jobs before joining SPS, from serving in The Royal Navy to managing a care home for people with learning disabilities and during the pandemic I helped the NHS as a vaccinator.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching sport, eating food and spending time with my young family”.
