SPS Tours & Events Lead, Nick Hutt, was the very worthy winner this week of an HPC Site Ops Contributor Award.
This is a bi-monthly award scheme to recognise individual performance for going above and beyond expectations in line with the Hinkley Point C project values.
Shining star Nick was chosen for this award as recognition for the support he provided for some very important visitors at Hinkley Point C.
With all trains cancelled the visitors return journey was looking impossible. Nick offered to come into work on his day off to drive the visitors back to London, a display of exemplary customer service. Nick went above and beyond to ensure SPS could provide the highest level of customer care.
